Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and hardworking Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our healthcare team in London. You will play a key role in supporting patients with daily activities, assisting nursing staff, and ensuring a high standard of care is delivered at all times. Assist patients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Support mobility and help patients move safely around the care setting
Record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Help with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Maintain accurate patient records and report any concerns to senior staff
Support nurses and other healthcare professionals with clinical and administrative task
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role is preferred
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
