Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and solution-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our London-based team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
Meet individual and team performance targets
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex queries

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach
- Confidence using computers and customer service software (CRM systems, email platforms, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
