Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to support our operations team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth business functions, handling administrative duties, managing stakeholders, and contributing to various projects. This is a collaborative position where you’ll work with senior managers, HR, finance, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support: document preparation, data entry, mail handling, and diary/calendar management
Coordinate meetings and events: arrange venues, send invites, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and expense claims accurately and promptly
Support finance and HR teams: maintain records, assist with onboarding, timesheet tracking, and supplier coordination
Use CRM, ERP, or other internal systems to update records, track orders, and manage departmental workflows
Prepare basic reports (e.g., weekly metrics, budget monitoring) and analyse simple data sets
Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers or contractors
Ensure adherence to internal policies, data protection (GDPR), and compliance protocols
Essential
Demonstrated experience (1–3 years) in an administrative or business support role
Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence in learning new systems
Strong organisational ability with a keen eye for detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team player with proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
