What Can I Report?
Use this page to report any of the following:
- A job listing that appears fake, fraudulent, or misleading
- A listing that asks candidates for upfront payment
- Discriminatory job requirements or language
- A profile that appears to be impersonating someone
- Harassment, threatening messages, or inappropriate contact
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Any other behaviour that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines
How to Report
To submit a report, please email our trust and safety team at safety@workmere.com with the following information:
- A description of the issue
- The URL or name of the listing, profile, or content you're reporting
- Any screenshots or supporting evidence
- Your contact email (so we can follow up if needed)
Alternatively, if you are logged in, you can use the Report button found on job listings and user profiles.
What Happens Next?
Our team reviews every report. Depending on the findings, we may:
- Remove the offending content
- Warn or suspend the account involved
- Permanently ban the user
- Refer the matter to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected
We aim to review all reports within one business day. We may contact you for further information if needed. We will not disclose the outcome of moderation actions to third parties.
False Reports
Submitting a report you know to be false or misleading is itself a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may result in action being taken against your account.
