BrightPath Education is expanding its network of school and college partners and we need a School Partnerships Manager to drive growth across Yorkshire and the North East.
You'll build relationships with senior leaders in education, demonstrate the value of our platform, and support schools through onboarding. This is a field-based role with a genuine mix of relationship management and new business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert new school and college partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of existing partners, ensuring high retention and engagement
- Run product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for school staff
- Represent BrightPath at education conferences and sector events
Requirements:
- Experience in education sales, business development, or account management
- Understanding of the UK school system and how senior leaders make decisions
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a geographic territory independently
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
