Learning & Development Specialist

BrightPath Education is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes for corporate clients and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design and facilitation.

You'll work across a variety of sectors, creating learning experiences that genuinely change behaviour — not just tick boxes.

Responsibilities:
- Design blended learning programmes including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching resources
- Facilitate live training sessions (in-person and virtual) for groups of up to 30
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate programme effectiveness
- Maintain and improve our LMS content library

Requirements:
- 3+ years of L&D experience in a corporate or education environment
- Strong instructional design skills; experience with Articulate or similar tools
- Confident facilitator comfortable with senior and mixed-ability audiences
- CIPD Level 3 in L&D or equivalent qualification desirable
