PinPoint Logistics is hiring an HR Business Partner to support our Operations and Commercial teams through a period of significant growth. You'll work closely with senior managers to deliver pragmatic HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a generalist role with a real seat at the table — you'll influence people strategy, not just execute process.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to deliver effective people strategies aligned to business goals
- Lead employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture programmes
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years as an HR generalist or HRBP in a fast-paced environment
- Strong employment law knowledge and ER case management experience
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
