Operations Manager

PinPoint Logistics is growing rapidly and we need an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations at our Birmingham hub.

You'll manage a team of 40+ staff, coordinate with transport partners, and work closely with the commercial team to ensure SLAs are met consistently. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the floor and drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and returns
- Lead, schedule, and develop a large team across multiple shifts
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to efficiency and accuracy
- Liaise with clients and carriers to resolve service issues

Requirements:
- 5+ years in logistics or warehouse operations management
- Experience managing large teams across shift patterns
- Familiarity with WMS platforms and lean process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm under operational pressure
