Head of Marketing

Foundry Marketing Group is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across our client portfolio and internal brand. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven agency environment.

You'll oversee a team of eight across SEO, paid media, content, and social, while owning key client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute integrated marketing strategies for clients and the agency
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
- Own client relationships at senior level, acting as the strategic lead
- Report on performance metrics and present results to C-suite stakeholders

Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 in a leadership role
- Proven track record delivering measurable growth through digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content strategy, and analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
