Job Description
Foundry Marketing Group is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own content strategy and production for a growing portfolio of B2B clients. You'll be a skilled writer and strategic thinker who understands how great content drives organic growth.
You'll manage a small team of freelance writers, work closely with SEO specialists, and produce content that ranks, converts, and actually gets read.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned to client SEO and business goals
- Produce long-form articles, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Brief, edit, and QA work from freelance contributors
- Track content performance and iterate based on data
Requirements:
- 3+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or agency context
- Excellent writing and editing skills — portfolio required
- Solid working knowledge of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)
- Organised self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
