Financial Analyst

Vantage Capital Partners is seeking a sharp Financial Analyst to join our deal team in London. You'll support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of private equity investments across a range of sectors.

This role offers exceptional exposure to live transactions and direct mentorship from senior partners. Ideal for someone with a strong academic background and 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (LBO, DCF, M&A)
- Prepare investment memoranda and board presentations
- Conduct sector research and competitive landscape analysis
- Support due diligence processes across legal, financial, and commercial workstreams

Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (2:1 or above)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
