Corporate Solicitor

Clarendon Legal LLP is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join our busy corporate team in London. You'll advise a mix of listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and owner-managed enterprises on a broad range of corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents including SPA, SHA, and ancillary agreements
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with specialist teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years PQE in corporate law
- Experience in M&A transactions at a reputable firm
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously under time pressure
