UX/UI Designer

Oaken Creative Studio is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing client services team. You'll shape digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from early-stage startups to established consumer brands.

This is a hands-on design role where you'll go from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready UI. You'll collaborate daily with account managers, developers, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead UX research, user flows, and wireframing for new projects
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Present design decisions confidently to clients
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect delivery

Requirements:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in an agency or product environment
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills
